Another Play it Painted !! (we are on a roll these days^^)
It's from shadowclaimer :
Lord-Relictor Kitbash that pulls its powers from the Green Wind instead of Amethyst Wind. I used a Kurnoth Hunter Scythe for the weapon instead of a banner, and a Prosecutor head without a plume for his head replacement.
