Warcry: The Cypher Lords
Hello everyone !!!
Revealed at ATC :
The Cypher Lords are a gloriously weird Warcry warband, quite different from any of their more barbaric kin. Unlike, say, the bloodthirsty Blades of Khorne or the roaming Untamed Beasts, these mysterious cultists hail from a city in the Realm of Light called Nochseed and, to the wider Mortal Realms, seem more or less ordinary – barring perhaps their taste in headgear.
Nothing could be further from the truth. The Cypher Lords are as mad as the most frothing cultist of Tzeentch, delighting in spreading mayhem and madness wherever they go. They’re deadly fighters, too, using skills earned in the martial colleges of Nochseed to deadly effect, whether they’re cutting down rivals in the streets of their city or shedding blood in the shadow of the Vararspire to catch the attention of Archaon.
The Cypher Lords are the perfect warband for players that like the seductive, almost civilised side of Chaos – the esoteric cults and shadowy gatherings of nobles within cities all across the realms, as opposed to the unwashed, screaming barbarian masses outside them. They’re also perhaps our first-ever look at just what life might look like in the Realm of Light – a place which, until now, has been associated with the ordered kingdoms of Tyrion and Teclis.
Woww love these masks !!!

Hello everyone !!
Also presented at the UK expo the : Corvus Cabal warband for Warcry.
A shadowy pack of murderers hailing from Ulgu. These guys worship Chaos as a vast, black-feathered bird known as the Great Gatherer, offering trophies stolen from their victims to this strange deity. The Corvus Cabal have come to the Varanspire to seek the patronage of Archaon, who they see as an avatar of the Great Gatherer. They use stealth, guile and unnatural cunning to claim victory in the Bloodwind Spoil.

New Chaos Warband for Warhammer : Warcry
These guys might hail from the Realm of Life, but they’ve got nothing but death for their foes! And snakes – lots and lots of snakes. These guys show off facets of Chaos rarely seen on the tabletop, as one of the insidious murder cults who use cunning as much as brute force to claim victory. Just like with the Iron Golems and Untamed Beasts, the Splintered Fang show off new aspects of Chaos – there’s even an aelf amongst them!
Shadespire Underworld, is the Games Workshop card game in the Age of Sigmar world. he's continuing his successful existence with loads of events around the globe. The season 2 is coming to an End and they already announced the season 3.
Also they spoiled a model :
The General Handbook is the ultimate Game Supplement for Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
The Edition 2019 is split into 2 books.
This year’s essential guide for gaming in the Mortal Realms is packed with content for every kind of player. For open play, a new Open War army generator means you’ll be able to rally your forces in moments, while close-quarters battles and Hidden Agendas offer fresh challenges for you to get your teeth into.
For narrative players, you’ll be able to get stuck in with an in-depth set of rules for fighting in the cities and ruins of the Mortal Realms in Streets of Death. New mercenary companies allow you to add a selection of narrative-led, thematic units to your army. Perhaps you’ll employ the Maneaters of the Gutstuffers, or a Gargant from the notorious Grugg Brothers. Meanwhile, characterful name generators for loads of factions mean you’ll never be with our an appropriately epic moniker for your favourite Hero!
Matched play won’t just be receiving new battleplans, but rather a whole new way to play, aimed at making smaller games viable for tournaments and competitive events. Balanced around the 1,000-point mark, Meeting Engagements offer key twists on normal Warhammer Age of Sigmar gameplay, is fast to play and takes up a smaller space than a fully fledged game. This makes it ideal if you’re building up an army, fancy a new challenge or just want to squeeze as many gamers into your club as possible!
It's really interesting to see small points battle for Age of Sigmar getting focus. A lot of Small FLGS or Warhammer store do one day small Age of Sigmar tournaments but the game balance is always a bit meh. Now if we get Battleplan and "sutff" to play good games at 1k points sign me in !
-Warcry is going to be an Awesome Skirmish game in the Age of Sigmar setting.
-Shadespire Season 3 announced (never doubted it)
-Age of sigmar 1000 pt small tournament format
-General Handbook 2019 is 2 books instead of 1
The Untamed Beasts - Chaos Barbarians are back, in style!
Howdy Guys and Girls :)
Meet the next band for Warcry - Chaos Barbarians, 2019 style!
"Meet the Untamed Beasts – perhaps Warcry’s most savage warband (and believe us, they’ve got some stiff competition). Hailing from the Jagged Savannah in Ghur, these raiders have a distinctly old-school aesthetic that’s reminiscent of classic Marauders and barbarians of Warhammer’s past. If you’re looking for a warband that looks like it came straight from the pages of Slaves to Darkness, these are the guys for you!
Just as distinct as their Chamonite counterparts, the Iron Golems, the Untamed Beasts are nomadic warriors. They scorn those who indulge in fripperies like establishing permanent settlements or wearing forge-crafted armour, instead subsisting on hunting carnivorous beasts – or any unfortunates who’ve stumbled into their domain.
The Untamed Beasts have a really distinct and dynamic aesthetic that sets them apart from other Chaos models. Traditionally, the servants of the Dark Gods are trudging, resolute, ironclad creatures. Instead, each of these models is bursting with energy and dynamism. At first glance, you could well mistake the Untamed Beasts for hunting animals. Just as with the Iron Golems, the rich, dark world of Warcry has allowed our designers to shed light on new facets of Chaos, as well as giving us insight into life in the wilds of the Mortal Realms themselves.
Also, for fans of Warhammer critters like Gryph-hounds, vulcharcs and squigs, the Untamed Beasts are bringing us this awesome goat-lion thing. Maybe give petting him a miss though – unless you don’t mind losing a hand…"
Cute, cute, cute!
Also keep in mind this stuff will get rules for Age of Sigmar too :)
Hello everyone !!!
This is Warcry – a new skirmish game from the makers of Kill Team and Warhammer Underworlds that allows you to experience the visceral carnage of battle in the Mortal Realms in a whole new way.
This is more than just a skirmish version of Warhammer Age of Sigmar – it’s hyper-kinetic, it’s tactical and it’s very, very bloody, featuring bold new game mechanics.
Warcry is perfect for narrative players looking to forge character-driven campaigns where warbands grow and develop through their own journey. Meanwhile, gamers looking for a close-matched, fast and exciting experience will find a game that fits both their coffee table and coffee break.
In the game, you’ll follow the myriad tribes of Chaos – reavers and despoilers from every corner of the realms – as they make their dark pilgrimage to the Varanspire. Warcry explores a never-before-seen side of life (and death!) in the Age of Sigmar. Every model for this game is brand new, reflecting on the dizzying diversity of Chaos on a scale never attempted before and rooted in rich lore that realises the servants of the Dark Gods as deep and varied cultures.
We’ll have more Warcry news for you (and some closer looks at those stunning models!) in the coming weeks – make sure to subscribe to our email newsletter and follow our Facebook page to make sure you don’t miss any announcements.
